It’s our 3rd Label Night in Buncrana & students will be home for Easter so we’re changing up the line-up by bringing in a very special guest DJ!!
As usual Beats, Breaks & Bass from residents Arkeye & Nyt Bloomer.
Topping the bill is ARKEYE (Alan Williams) playing forthcoming material from his debut EP & album on YCBI. Expect some Dub/Bass/DnB topped with sweet melodies & dark looming chords, followed by a DJ set of vinyl collected over the past 20 years featuring rare early Dubstep, Jungle, DnB & Dub (DMZ, Voodoo, Off-key, Pinecone Moonshine, Alphacut, Goodlookin’)
Opening the night with an eclectic DJ Set is label head NYT BLOOMER (Conor Mc Namee) playing forthcoming original tracks & mixing some Afrobeat, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Soul, Dub, Footwork & whatever else can be squeezed in between..

JAMIE NELSON - A noteworthy DJ from Belfast having run his own night Bloodsport (bringing over the like of Bok Bok, Doc Daneeka & Swindle) as well as retaining a residency at Ramp, he’s spun tunes next to Zed Bias and been flown to Newcastle Upon Tyne to support Loefah (Dubstep Pioneer & Swamp81/SCHL rcrds Head). He’s been asked to do guest mixes for several UK radio stations including subfm playing across the board as far as styles go, with anything from house, techno, garage to bashment, hip hop & more leftfield african sounds.. Expect warm sexy tunes with low bass!!! (((As well as some unreleased exclusives to test the dance floor!)))
